Me !...

            I’m Kanda Phasangchan, nickname Kwang and please call me Iris [I like this more than my real nickname] I was born in the northeast of Thailand [we’re called ISAN] I stay in broken family; single mom, my brother and me. When I study in grade 5, I did almost things such as washing, clean the house, feed’s dogs, ironing my school uniform and watering plants. Next, in grade 6, I go to school by myself. In this grade sometimes I had to miss class because my mom had no another for helping her job, she working hard for me and my brother. About my brother in at that time he study diploma and had a part-time job. We’re though the worst together and now I study bachelor’s degree of art at UTCC where was the famous business’s university. My brother is finishing master’s degree and my mom so proud to him. I think, he was a good man and a good example for learning and hard working, he never said; tried, bored or despond. He support me everything I want to do although my mom disagree. About me, I fight with everything or every bad guy especially men because I never think the women there were so weak, pitiable and can’t fight for their lives, sometime women was a strange more than some guy. Every summer I have a part-time job there was changed by rightness. I learn every experience by myself. I like to talk, I learn talking skill with another such as senior in job, my aunt [a supervisor in The Mall Korat], my mom who was a market women and etc. I dote in sound of piano and my mom sends me to study piano at the church, I learned around 3 week and moved to Bagkok. I play basketball since I study in grade 4 until grade 9. Next I study vocational certificate and I stopped play it after that I study bachelor’s degree, I play fencing. So, if I talk about love’s experience which like a dreams and imagine, my first love begin for my friends in grade 8, he was my friend since grade 1. We’re best friend and build up friendship to relationship, we’re stopped this relationship when we move the school. Next, I met the guy in online game, we never ever talk face to face, date or etc. We’re talk in MSN and online game but we had relationship in 1 month past. I can’t guess this happen before but it makes me feel like a princess. We’re talking all day and all night and said love to each other all the time. Until I study in second years at UTCC, we had a problem, a lot of obstacle; we had no conviction each other. He study in USA and I study in Thailand; the way so far for meet each other and finally, we’re stopped this relationship after that I cry, injure myself and don’t know why I want to do. A long time which makes me know the important thing about love “Nothing stay the same, One day someone can say goodbye” I sped the most of time with my friends, my family, my sport and my mind even though I still miss him it’s not mean I need him stay beside me like a part. I pray to “GOD” and said “Thank you” every night to him because he teach me about strong of heart, no one can control another and the way we chose which not mean the right way. I have no idea why I can’t forgot him but I have one reason is “The Real Love”. I hope him meet a good girl who is he want to. I don’t know how long I can stay but now I know, I’m going to make every time is good and I’ll do anything I want to do. When I have a free time, I want to singsong, play games and seeing American series. I love dogs, big dogs. Finally, if you want to know about me more than this, add me in skype “Sherp Ellica Iris”. Teddy... Teddy's Bear

Teddy Bear

            It’s happen in 1902 from the name’s president of USA was Theodore Roosevelt and his nickname “Teddy”. One day, he and his board go to Mississippi to hunting the black bear for sport game but he could not hunted it until one on his board saw a black whelp. He fasten it to the tree and dedicated to Teddy when Teddy saw the black whelp in first time, he felt confused and leaved it goes to the wood. This event had a result to the newspaper which was build the caricature cartoon story. Next “Morris Michtom” who was a design and generates the teddy bear and use “Teddy’s  bear” name for the logo, one year later Morris sells his shop and build the factory name “Ideal Novelty and Toy” which was the biggest factory about toy in US.

            So, why every child like to give the “Teddy Bear” for gifts in special day or festival like a Valentines’ day, Birthday’s day or etc because Teddy Bear was a cuddly doll and make feel soft and gentle. I fell in love with Teddy Bear when I was young but now I’m still doing it as part of my life.

Memory

I study bachelor’s degree at UTCC [University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce]. In first year, I go to student union with my friend “Sabainang  Sanitpakdee [Bew]” because we like to make activity, design work and meet another. The first stepped to make me as part of the club was I saw some paper; “Samo Asmo 53 needs a lot of volunteer for “MaeSai Game” and I don’t think too much to go there. I sped the most of time with student union which like my second home. Almost every activity in UTCC started by thinking, design and makes it happen from student union. Many times the problem happen and makes us clash each other and incongruous but we can make the wonderful job. In the finally work, I make with student union was “Boy scout camp for SAMO 53-54” which was the camp to welcome the next team of student union. This camp held at “HuaHin” [3 day and 2 nights] and had a lot of activity like ice-braking, sang a song, islander dance and open mind. On the last day of this camp, everyone swear that the true to each other and tearful which the good memory for all. Now I think, everyone remember this event throughout.

Lamborghini

            My favorite sports' car. When I saw Lamborghini on internet, I fell in love with it. Lamborghini was famous sports’ car in US and Europe although brand’s Lamborghini was started after Ferrari, Jacque or etc. Lamborghini has unique feature such as 12-cylinder engine, speed 11,000 / minute and 165 miles / hour etc. About shape of Lamborghini looks like “Gaur” of Spain because Lamborghini there were hardy, durable, speedy and luxurious. The symbol of Lamborghini excepted for “Gaur” was color of shape; there was yellow and orange. Lamborghini was developed skills of sports’ car more and more, side body, color, seat, cylinder from 12 – 16 cylinders and speedy from 165 – 380 miles / hour. The present of Lamborghini which was manufacture a product limited edition such as in 2004 Lamborghini produce a sports car names “Murcielago 40^th Anniversary edition” just 50 cars. Each year, the names of Lamborghini will change and so on. Don’t have to wonder about Lamborghini why sports’ car this brand to be expensive. 

Chinese Festival

Chun Jie

            Chun Jie was the Chinese languages which was the important tradition of China and has means spring festival in China. Chun Jie has a lot of legend, which was a main in Chinese life and Chun Jie was the 1^st of first month in Chinese calendar. Chun Jie has celebration in every country which had a Chinese people such as Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippine and Thailand etc.

            In China, the culture and local tradition about celebration of Chun Jie was a Chinese person bought the gifts, ornament, food, and clothing. They are clean the house because they 're believed to bring luck and good fortune to the family. Every family was decorated all windows and doors by red paper which means wealthy, happy and long life. About dinner before Chun Jie, all family has delicacies such as pork, kitchen, duck and dessert after this dinner they’re cherry point.

            Morning of Chun Jie, Everyone wear the red clothing which means comfortable, happy and lucky. About children in all family greeting their parents and get some money.

龙马精神  lóngmǎjīngshén  means wising your healthy.

Yogurt !!!!

      Yogurt for you.....

   

           Yogurt is popular eating for people who want to lose weight or healthy. Yogurt make from milk fermented by adding “Microorganisms” which change “Lactose” in milk to “Lactic” and make milk become to semi-liquid, semi-thick and sour. Eating yogurt is multiply of microorganisms in gastrointestinal tract.

          “Gastrointestinal tract” have a two-microorganisms is good and bad microorganisms. If intestinal, there’s too many bad microorganisms have an effect to “digestive system” and “excretory system” such as diarrhea, dyspepsia and constipation. About people who are milk’s allergy can eat yogurt to replace it. Nutrient in yogurt have 11 species, there are iodine, protein, calcium, potassium, tryptophan, molybdenum, zinc, phosphorus, vitamin B2, vitamin B12 and vitamin B5.

         Result of the research shown benefits of yogurt. First, the conjugated Linoleic in yogurt which is prevent heart disease. Second, yogurt has calcium for protecting health from osteoporosis and blood pressure. Next, Lactobacillus can helping in reducing of inflammation of the intestine. Finally, yogurt helps body’s synthesis of vitamin B and vitamin K. etc. therefore, if you eat yogurt everyday which makes you’re good health and reduce the incidence of disease.
