           Yogurt is popular eating for people who want to lose weight or healthy. Yogurt make from milk fermented by adding “Microorganisms” which change “Lactose” in milk to “Lactic” and make milk become to semi-liquid, semi-thick and sour. Eating yogurt is multiply of microorganisms in gastrointestinal tract.
          “Gastrointestinal tract” have a two-microorganisms is good and bad microorganisms. If intestinal, there’s too many bad microorganisms have an effect to “digestive system” and “excretory system” such as diarrhea, dyspepsia and constipation. About people who are milk’s allergy can eat yogurt to replace it. Nutrient in yogurt have 11 species, there are iodine, protein, calcium, potassium, tryptophan, molybdenum, zinc, phosphorus, vitamin B2, vitamin B12 and vitamin B5.
         Result of the research shown benefits of yogurt. First, the conjugated Linoleic in yogurt which is prevent heart disease. Second, yogurt has calcium for protecting health from osteoporosis and blood pressure. Next, Lactobacillus can helping in reducing of inflammation of the intestine. Finally, yogurt helps body’s synthesis of vitamin B and vitamin K. etc. therefore, if you eat yogurt everyday which makes you’re good health and reduce the incidence of disease.
